Peas: 1 cup.

Chili powder: 1 tablespoon.
Cut capsicum into pieces: half a cup.
Coriander leaves: 2 tablespoons.
White pepper powder: 1 teaspoon.
Flour: 2 tablespoons.
Salt: to taste.
Oil for frying: quantity.
Carrot paste should be half boiled.
Beat eggs in a bowl.
Mix all the ingredients well with the beaten eggs and fry the pakoras in small pieces in a hot pan.
Serve with tomato or tamarind sauce.
