Onion paste: 1 teaspoon
Finely chop the onion: 1 tbsp
Chili powder: 1 tbsp
Dried shrimp paste: 1 teaspoon
Sugar: 2 teaspoons
Oil: 1 tbsp
Tamarind starch: 2 tbsp
Leave the tomatoes in boiling water for 5-6 minutes, remove them from the water, peel them and crush them.
All the ingredients except oil, garlic, shrimp paste should be mixed together.
Heat oil, brown the garlic and fry it in a bowl of fried tomato mixture with shrimp paste.
