Very tasty to eat crispy prana toast. Flavor of toast, with shrimp flavor. What else do you want! Tiffins or fun breakfast items.
Ingredients
2 slices of bread
1 cup of shrimp mince
2 tbsp minced onion
1 tbsp minced green chillies
1 tbsp flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Soy sauce 1/4 teaspoon
1 teaspoon of corn flower
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder
Ginger powder 1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon coriander leaves
The amount of oil (for frying)
Steps
Step 1
First, wash and shrimp the shrimp.
Step 2
Chop green chillies and onion.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients together with the shrimp mince and mix well.
Step 4
Cut off the edges of the bread, cut into corners.
Step 5
Now put the shrimp mixture on the bread.
Step 6
Deep fry in oil over medium heat. Oil the side of the shrimp mixture.
Step 7
Knead in the middle with a chopped spoon (to cook inside).
Step 8
Serve hot with fried red and fun prawn and egg toast.
