Sugar: 2 tbsp
Eggs, beaten: 1
Milk, mild heat: 3/4 cup
Soybean oil or ghee 3 tbsp
Salt: to taste
Mix together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Mix eggs, milk, oil or ghee together.
Pour the milk over the flour. Stir gently. Don’t blow hard.
Heat a frying pan.
Reduce ignition. Pour half a cup of flour into a frying pan.
Turn the pancakes over when the bubbles rise on top of the flour and start breaking one or two bubbles. If it is brown at the bottom, pick it up. Serve the pancakes with syrup or honey.
Mix half a cup of water with one cup of sugar and add fuel. When it boils, shake it off with vanilla. Serve with syrup pancakes.
