You have to cut the vegetables, heat the oil and fry it in kalojire, chili forang, cover it with all the veggies, salt, and turmeric. Then I opened the lid and covered it again with Kashmiri Lanka Guru and Tomato,
Now boil it in hot water and sprinkle coriander leaves on it. Vegetables are ready. Now heat oil and fry it with onion powder, garlic powder, and chili powder.
Add boiled potatoes and carrot paste, sugar, turmeric, and salt. Now cut the lentils with flour and fill them with potato puree and sand the lentils with oil.
Then you have to fry it with a little ghee. This time I have served it with pickle, curd, and curry.
