Potato Eggplant Nara with New Potato (begun er NARA) This is a popular vegetable item in Rangpur. Its taste is incomparable with hot rice.
Long eggplant: 3
New potatoes: a few
Turmeric, chili, cumin, and coriander powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Onion chop: 1/2 cup
Crushed garlic: 1/2 cup
Panchforan: 1/2 teaspoon
Green pepper: A few
Oil and salt in moderation
First I will put the oil in a pot and put it in a small ache oven.
I will grate it with a little garlic and onion.
Then mix turmeric, chili, cumin, coriander powder, and salt with water.
Cover a little, then cover with chopped potatoes and eggplant and cover with a little water.
I will add some raw chilies.
After a while, I will turn off the stove if the potato breaks a little and smells good.
