Star Fried Beef is one of the Chinese dishes. It contains soy sauce so its taste also increases. Moreover, since different vegetables are mixed, it is also healthy.
Ingredients
Beef: 1 cup
Soy sauce: 3 tbsp
Fish sauce: 2 teaspoons
Ginger powder: 2 teaspoons
Garlic powder: 1 tbsp
Chili powder: 3/4 teaspoon
Vegetables: 3 cups (Carrot, Broccoli, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Turnip, Capsicum, Cauliflower, French Beans, Papaya)
Steps
Step 1
Cut the meat into 4 cm long thin slices. Spread soy sauce and fish sauce and marinate for 1 hour. Leaving the meat in the freezer will actually benefit from thin slices.
Step 2
Cut any 3 types of vegetables as long as a matchstick. Cut cabbage into small pieces and cauliflower and broccoli flowers into small pieces. Wash the vegetables and add 4-5 cups of water.
Step 3
Put meat, ginger and garlic in oil in a pan or frying pan. Stir-fry over medium heat. Cover and reduce the flame. When the water is dry and the meat is cooked, remove it from the pan.
Step 4
Stir fry the vegetables in the oil in the pan and fry for 4-5 minutes. Take a look at the salt according to taste. Fry the meat for 10-15 seconds.
