Prawn ball of shrimp
Prawn balls made of shrimp are quite delicious to eat. It is easy to make and can be eaten as a snack as well as with fried rice. Again, the food is not bad as an iftar item. Here is a simple recipe for Pran Ball.
Ingredients
Bread: 6-7 slices
Eggs: 1
Shrimp: 250 grams
Coriander leaves crumbly
Onion crumbs: 1/4 cup
Crushed green chillies: 1 tbsp
Ginger paste: 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic paste: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: Quantitatively
Coriander powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Oil: Like quantity
Steps
Step 1
First you have to cut the bread into small cubes.
Step 2
Then in a bowl, combine onion powder, green chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder and mix well.
Step 3
Then add eggs and shelled shrimp to the mixture.
Step 4
Cover for a while (15 minutes).
Step 5
Then take some bread cut into cubes by hand and take some mixture on it and shape the ball with some bread pieces on it again.
Step 6
The breads should be well pressed and round, otherwise they will spread if oil is left.
Step 7
Then heat the oil and fry the balls on low heat.
Step 8
Be a little careful about the fuel so that the oil does not get too hot. Otherwise the inner shrimp will not be cooked.
Step 9
It has to be reddened to red.
Step 10
Serve hot with tomato sauce or white sauce.
