1 teaspoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 cup of sugar
Oil as needed.
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds
Mix pineapple with salt and turmeric well and let it boil on low heat
When the pineapple is cooked, add sugar and thicken well every day
When thick, take it down and serve chilled.
