Mango cheese has mango and parin flavor and ripe mango flavor. Mango cheesecake can be made in different ways. Here is a recipe. It has a crust on the bottom and jelly on the top and is very delicious to eat.
For the crust
One and a half cups of digestive biscuit powder
Slice half a cup of butter
One cup of fine granulated sugar
Three cups thick yogurt
Two cups of cheese (cream cheese)
One and a half cup of water
Consume 10 grams of china
Crush one cup of mango
2 tbsp vanilla essence
Create a crust
Take a large bowl of fine biscuit powder. Mix well with butter.
Spread the mixture evenly in a flat pan and leave it in the fridge for half an hour.
Cut the china grass into small pieces and soak them in one and a half cup of water. Melt the china grass in a saucepan, but do not let it boil.
In a blender or food processor, mix the cheese and yogurt thickly.
Now put the chopped mango in another pot over low heat. It should not start to explode. Mix china grass in it. Shake occasionally. Now mix it in the curd-cheese mixture.
Mix sugar and vanilla extract in it and beat well.
Spread evenly over the crust and refrigerate again for three to four hours. Became cheesecake.
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and put it in the oven on medium heat.
When it starts to boil, reduce the heat and keep it for three-four minutes.
Take it down and cool it.
Spread this mixture over the cheesecake.
Leave it like this for two or three hours.
Then cut and serve.
