Squash is usually made with thick fruit juice or syrup. Litchi squash is also made in this way. This syrup is used in making various drinks.
Ingredients
Litchi: 50 o’clock
Sugar: Sadmat
Lemon juice: 1 tsp
Ice cubes: Quantitative
Mint leaves: (desired)
Water: Quantitative
Steps
Step 1
Litchi was left in the beech to be washed clean. Now you have to blend the litchi well with 2 glasses of water.
Step 2
On the other hand, put sugar in a deep pan with a little water.
Step 3
When the sugar starts to melt, add lemon juice and litchi juice.
Step 4
Now when the mixture boils, reduce the heat of the oven and keep it in the oven for 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
When the syrup is cold, store it in the fridge and take it down as desired. Mix 1 glass of water in the ratio of 1: 1 syrup and serve with ice cubes. Fun squash.
