Steps
Nan made
Step 1
Take 2 cups of flour in a deep bowl.
Step 2
You have to add salt to taste. Mix well with baking soda, baking powder and sugar flour.
Step 3
Make a small hole in the middle of the flour and add yoghurt. After pouring the yoghurt, the dough should be made by hand. Mix the flour little by little as required so that the dough is not sticky and soft. Can’t be tough.
Step 4
Then you have to mix oil in it. After giving the oil, you have to apply it a little by hand again.
Step 5
Now cover with a wet cloth and leave it for half an hour to an hour. (Should be covered for a long time in winter.)
Step 6
After an hour, you have to apply oil on your hands and knead the dough once more. If the flour is soft, at this time it should be spread once more with a little more dry flour. Now the dough will be soft.
Step 7
You have to take a part of it in your hand and make a good round ball. Now it has to be called. Return before noon or give dry flour where it will be in the afternoon. Apply dry flour to the flour ball before baking so that it does not stick to the roller or back. Now it should be rolled round or oval. Plus, you’ll be getting rid of clutter you don’t need. The thickness of the bread should not be too thick nor too thin.
Step 8
After noon, a little water should be put on the top of the naan so that the naan sticks well with the pan.
Step 9
An iron pan has been used here to make naan which has to be hit well. When the pan is hot, you have to add naan bread in it. The side of the bread that has been watered should be given first. Now you have to bake for 1 minute.
Step 10
Many air bubbles can be seen on the top of the nan. The color will also change. Now for baking the upper part of the naan, you have to hold the iron pan directly on the flame. For convenience, a griddle pan or its lattice can be used which should be placed on the stove and the iron pan should be held upside down on top of it. If you use a nonstick pan, the pan cannot be turned upside down. In that case, the bread should be picked up and baked directly on the griddle or wire mesh.
Step 11
Care should be taken not to overcook the bread. When it is baked, you have to straighten the pan and make nanruti.
Step 12
Now you have to put butter mixture on the bread to garnish.
Garnish made

In a small bowl, add butter and chopped garlic.
Step 2
Add 1 pinch of salt (no need to add salt if it is salted butter).

Step 4
