Ingredients
Boiled eggs: 4
Boiled potatoes: 3 cups
Onion chop: 1/2 cup
Ginger powder: 1 teaspoon
Chili powder: 1 tbsp
Eggs: 2
Toast powder: 1 cup
Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
Pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
Salt: Quantitatively
Oil: 2 tbsp
Oil, for frying (quantity)
Steps
Step 1
First you have to put oil in a pot and put it in the oven.
Step 2
When the oil is hot, fry it with onion and ginger.
Step 3
If onion and ginger are brown in color, put them in the oven for a while with green chillies, pour oil on them and spread them with boiled potatoes.
Step 4
Then add black pepper and cumin powder and divide the potato mixture into 6 parts.
Step 5
Divide the boiled eggs vertically into two halves of the potatoes and fill them with the size of an egg.
Step 6
Beat the other two eggs, dip the chops in it and fry in toasted powder.
Step 7
When the color of the chop becomes brown, it should be taken down.
Step 8
Egg chop can be served with tomato sauce, tamarind sauce.
