Who likes to eat soft fluffy bread (ruti) ?! You can make it, forget the bread bought in the store.

Ingredients
Flour: Six and a half cups
Sugar: half a cup
Salt: Two and a half teaspoons
East: 1 tbsp
Powdered milk: one and a half tablespoons
Liquid milk: like two and a half cups
Butter or butter: 60 g (room temperature)
Eggs: 2

Mix this flour and water well in a pan, put it on low flame, put it in a box and keep it in the fridge for 6 hours.

Remove from the fridge half an hour before use.
Bread made
Step 1
First mix flour, sugar, salt, yeast, powdered milk in a large bowl and mix it well with eggs, secret ingredients, butter and a little bit of liquid milk to make a soft dough and cover it and keep it in a warm place for 1 hour.
Step 2
Then divide the dough evenly into 8-12 rounds and cover again for half an hour. (If necessary, add a little more flour)
Step 3
Then roll each piece with a rolling pin and roll the oil in a cake mold and cover for another 15-20 minutes.
Step 4
Then mix Kusum + liquid milk, brush it and put it in preheated oven at 180C for 30 minutes. (15 minutes bottom side, 15 minutes top side)
Step 5
Then take it out of the oven, brush the butter on the top side and serve for 5 minutes.
