Oil: a quarter cup
Vinegar: 1/2 cup or sour yogurt: 1 cup

Beef or mutton sinar and run meat cut into pieces by removing the fat, wash and drain the water.
Spread the meat and all the ingredients together in the pot.
Cover and cook on low heat for 2-3 hours.
