Ingredients for chicken marinade

1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste

Grated cheese as needed

Ingredients for making white sauce
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup milk
Salt to taste
1/3 teaspoon black pepper powder
To make chicken frankince, first take a piece of chicken breast and cut it in the middle and cut the butter fly.
Then marinate the chicken breast pieces well with lemon juice, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste and salt.
Then in a bowl, beat two eggs, grated cheese, coriander leaves, black pepper powder, and salt to make a batter.
Then the chicken pieces are first coated with flour and then dipped in the egg cheese batter and lightly browned on both sides with butter in a frying pan.
To make the white sauce, fry the butter in a frying pan with garlic paste, stir fry with a tablespoon of flour and mix well with 1/2 cup of milk.
After boiling it well with black pepper powder, salt, and coriander leaves, the white sauce will be made.
Spread the white sauce well on the prepared chicken cutlets and the chicken frankies will be ready.
