Sasalik is a popular name among the national kebab items. It is usually made with a mixture of chicken boneless meat and various vegetables, but this time an exceptional recipe of Saslik with chicken liver was shared.
Ingredients
Chicken liver: 10 o’clock
Sour yogurt: 4 tablespoons
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Kebab spice: 1 tbsp
Sugar: 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Mustard oil: 4 tbsp
Salik stick: 3 o’clock
Step 1
Soak the sasalik stick in water for 3 hours.
Step 2
Wash the liver and cut it into small cubes.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients except oil well and keep for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Put the heart on the sticks.
Step 5
Heat oil in a pan and fry the medium ache liver for 20 minutes with the sticks.
Step 6
When the water is dry, when it is fried, lower it and serve.
