Flour: One and a half cup
Oil: One cup
Sugar: One cup
Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
Baking soda: 1/2 teaspoon
Vanilla Essence: A little (desire)
Cinnamon and cardamom powder: 1 teaspoon
Powdered milk: 1/2 cup
Carrots, grated: 2 p.m.
First you have to beat four eggs well.
Then you have to add sugar in it. Sugar should be mixed well.
Then add oil and mix it.
You can use electric beater or hand beater or fork.
Then mix all the dried ingredients together gently. Not all can be mixed at once. You have to give it slowly, let’s mix it.
Then mix it well with carrots and cinnamon and cardamom guru.
This batter will be very thick which means it will be thick. No water or liquid milk can be used in it.
Spread a piece of paper in a pot and cut it to the size of a pot. Then you have to pour the batter.
Pour the batter and shake the pot gently so that there are no bubbles.
