250 g corn chips
375 g salsa
450 g refried beans
2 1/2 cups tasty cheese shredded
1 lemon juiced
300 ml sour cream
In a large ovenproof serving dish, arrange the corn chips in a mound.
Top with refried beans, salsa and grated cheese.
Heat in moderate oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Top with sour cream and avocado mashed with lemon juice.
