Steps
Step 1
Beef or mutton sinar and run meat cut into pieces by removing the fat, wash and drain the water.

Step 3
Cover and cook on low heat for 2-3 hours.
Step 4
When the meat is cooked and the water is dry, simmer for 1 hour on a very low flame.
