Ingredients
For Rasgolla
Milk: 1 liter
Sugar: 1 tbsp
Flour: 1 tbsp
Vinegar: 2 tbsp
Water: 1/2 cup
Cardamom: 2
For Sira
Sugar: 1 cup
Water: 3 cups
Steps
Step 1
When milk is boiled in a pot, after boiling, reduce the heat and mix 2 teaspoons of vinegar in half a cup of water.
Step 2
When the lamb and the water are separated, turn off the stove, put it in a sieve, hold the lamb under the tap and wash the lamb with cold water to remove the smell of vinegar. And if it is too late to cool down, it will become like sweet rubber
Step 3
