Pakora of lentils
Mosur daal bora or pakora is made in the home of each of us. Although there are some differences in the recipe depending on the home and the area, it is undeniable that the fun of eating hot lentil pakoras with hot rice or khichuri is different. And many people eat it on an empty stomach or with sauce or raw onion as an afternoon snack. Lentils are usually crushed when making pakoras, but in this recipe, lentils are kept whole.
Ingredients
Lentils, soaked in water for 2-3 hours: 1 cup
Onion crumbs: 2 p.m.
Pepper: 3 p.m.
Bason: 1/2 cup
Rice powder: 1 tbsp
Salt: to taste
Cumin powder: A little
Ginger garlic paste (wish): 1/2 teaspoon
Oil, for frying: quantity
Steps
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together in the soaked lentils and fry in deep oil like onion.
Step 2
Pakora of whole lentils was made.
