Hilsa fish: 3-4 pieces
Dried or raw chillies: 5-6
Rusan: 1 o’clock
Ginger: 1 piece
Steps

সব কুচি করে তেলে ভেজে নিতে হবে।
- Step 2
ভাজা হয়ে গেলে মাছ বেছে সামান্য লবণ মিশিয়ে সব একসাথে মাখাতে হবে।
