The taste of Chinese vegetable is different. Chinese vegetables are usually made by mixing different vegetables. But you don’t have to go to restaurants to eat Chinese vegetables. If you follow this recipe, you can make fun Chinese vegetables at home.
Ingredients
Barbati:
Carrots: Medium size
Pepe: 1 medium size (curved like a carrot)
Cabbage: 1 part
Mushrooms: 5-6
Capsicum: 1 large
Corn Flower: 2 tablespoons should be dissolved in 1/2 cup of water
Chicken (chopped) or prawn: 1/2 cup
Ginger and garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Onion: 1/2 cup chopped
Testing: A little salt
Tomato sauce: A little
Chicken stock or hot water: like quantity
Steps
Step 1
With the exception of onions, cut the corpse vegetable Julian / cut it in a long way.
Step 2
Cut the onion into cubes.
Step 3
All vegetables except capsicum should be boiled separately. When boiling, mix a little salt and corn flour to keep the color of the vegetables. The color will be green. (The color of the vegetable will be darker)
Step 4
Half boil the vegetables.
Step 5
Now take oil in a pan and fry ginger and garlic till light golden.
Step 6
When done, fry the chicken with a little salt.
Step 7
Now stir in capsicum and onion for 1-2 minutes and stir well with all the vegetables for 4-5 minutes.
Step 8
Now cover the amount with chicken stock or hot water. When the water is a little less or after 5-6 minutes open the lid and add corn flour mixed with water.
Step 9
Now remove the sugar and sauce with lemon juice.
