Ingredients

- 3 big boiled patatos
- 1 tsp mustread seeds
- 5-6 curry leaves
- Half inch ginger
- 2 tsp Oil for tadka
- 2 tsp turmeric powder(1tsp for patatos batter and 1 for besan)
- 1 tsp udad dal
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- Salt a pe taste
- leaves Coriander
- 3 green chilies
- Oil for deep fry
- 1 and a half cup besan
- 1 cup of water
Steps
1- Smashed boiled potatoes.in tadka pan add oil add mustered seeds, curry leaves, green chilies ginger, turmeric powder,urad dal and mix nicely
2- Put tadka on boiled potatoes and knead softly. add coriander leaves and salt as per taste
3- Make small round shape balls (vada shape)
4- For batter in mixing bowl add besan, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt as per taste make fat paste.batter is ready
5- Put vada in besan batter cover nicely. Heat pan with oil and put in heated oil and deep fry nicely
6- Deep fry for 3 to 4 mints or cook become golden brown.
7- Ready to eat Garma Garma batata vada.serve with red chutney and pav😍
