Amalki juice is a popular and healthy juice. It contains a lot of vitamin C and minerals which are very beneficial for us. It helps to relieve constipation, asthma, stomach problems and increase the amount of hemoglobin in the blood. However, eating amalki on an empty stomach takes a lot of sourness. So follow this recipe and make Amalki juice which will be good to eat.
Ingredients
Amalki: 4 large or 7-8 medium
Sugar: 4 teaspoons
Honey: 4 teaspoons
Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
White cardamom powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Ice Cube: A few
Steps
Step 1
Finely chop the amalkis and discard the beech.
Step 2
Make a good paste with a little water.
Step 3
Sift.
Step 4
Add the rest of the ingredients except the ice cube and blend with adequate amount of water.
Step 5
Pour into a glass jar and serve with ice cubes.
