It is a crime not to share food with the public. Moreover, it is a food that stores all the ingredients of a balanced diet at the same time. So if you want to finish the meal in one step and make your fellow prisoners happy at home, you can try cooking Thai fried rice.
Materials
Several ingredients are essential for making Thai Fried Rice. Again, you can try adding or subtracting some materials yourself, it will come up with something new every time. This time I made it with only eggs and chicken without shrimp. It is also excellent with just eggs. This time all I have given is-
Basmati rice – half a cup.
Chicken- a few small pieces.
Kinwa- half a cup. (Fear not, naughty kids won’t notice.)
Carrots – Two whole, peeled and cut into squares.
Beans – cut into small pieces.
Onion – a sprig.
Bitter chilli – as desired.
Ginger – Finely chopped.
Garlic – Shredded.
Onion sprouts – a bunch, white and green part separately.
Eggs – four.
Chia seeds – one tablespoon.
Hemp seeds – one tablespoon.
Soy sauce – two tablespoons.
Sesame- one spoon.
Thai red curry paste – two tablespoons.
Pepper – one tablespoon.
Sesame oil – two tablespoons.
Ghee- one spoon.
Yogurt- one spoon.
Keshar- a few.
Cinnamon – one, two.
Cumin- one spoon.
Salt- to taste.
Sugar – a pinch.
Cashews- a few
Method
Starting the process of cooking Thai Fried Rice in three places at once will save time. First, before you start cooking, cut everything and keep it at hand. Marinate the chicken pieces with yogurt, salt, pepper, Thai red curry paste.
This time, if you have a microwave, wash the rice and kinwa, measure twice the amount of water. That is, take one cup of basmati rice and two cups of water in kinwa. Cook in the microwave for fifteen minutes with cumin, salt, saffron and ghee. If the rice cooking pot is not big, cook it for five minutes at a time, otherwise the work will increase as the rice overflows. And if you do it on fire, add water in such a way that it becomes crispy rice.
Simultaneously place two cooking utensils on the fire. Fry the cashews with one tablespoon of oil in one, then fry the eggs, chicken or shrimp. Add a little salt and pepper.
In another, lightly stir the onion, ginger, garlic, chilli and other vegetables with a teaspoon of oil for four minutes. Give all the seeds. Mix well with soy sauce and Thai red curry paste before frying too much. Remove from the fire. Carrots should be firm.
This time the job is to mix rice, vegetables and eggs and chicken nicely. Combine all the cooking ingredients in a large bowl and serve garnished with fried cashew nuts and green onions.
