But this is not the first time. Earlier, Mumbai BJP leader Vivekananda Gupta claimed that Riya Chakraborty had met Sushant Singh Rajput on June 13. On the night of June 13, Sushant dropped Riya off at her house. However, the BJP leader’s claim was refuted by the late actor’s flatmate Siddharth Pithani. He asserted that Riya had never met Sushant on the night of June 13. Siddhartha claims that everything is false.

Meanwhile, the judicial custody of Riya Chakraborty was extended on Tuesday in a drug case. In other words, Riya has to stay in Baikulla Jail in Mumbai till October 20.
