Kings XI Punjab set a target of 224 runs in front of Rajasthan Royals with Mayank Agarwal’s 108 and KL Rahul’s 69. Rajasthan picked up that run in 19.3 overs.
Punjab fell in the batting of a total of four from Rajasthan. Steve Smith made 50 off 26 balls, Sanju Samson made 75 off 42 balls, Rahul Tewatia made 53 off 31 balls and Joffra Archer made 13 off 3 balls. Rajasthan picked up the required runs to win from 160 runs in 15 overs. Sanju is the best of the match.
Rajasthan Royals captain Steve Smith decided to field after winning the toss. But Punjab caught the game at the beginning. Punjab picked up 110 runs in the first ten overs. KL Rahul’s team crossed the 200-run mark in 18.5 overs.
